Operation Executive
Location: Mumbai
Job Profile:
- Process orders, manage inventory and handle sales inquiries
- Monitor incoming shipment and update system. Process local, import and export orders and arrange shipment with forwarders
- Attend to customer’s enquiries and prepare quotations
- Match packing/delivery order and invoices
- Provide administrative and logistic support for product workshops or congress
- Conduct internal stock check weekly
- Liaise with the distributors in Indian region for their requirement
- In emergency cases, be prepared to work longer hours and/or odd hours
Skills and Experience:
- Must be familiar with Tally – ERP system
- Must have an accounting / finance background
- Must have good written and oral communication skills
- Experience and knowledge in inventory management
- Experience and knowledge in working with distributors and agents preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft office – excel, word, power point
- Professional telephone manner
