Job Profile:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our medical device company. As the Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing inside-sales, product delivery, and administrative functions. Your primary responsibilities will include managing day-to-day activities such as order processing, inventory management, and product delivery. You will collaborate with various internal teams, distributors, doctors, and hospitals to ensure efficient transit and on-time product delivery. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales team to address challenges and enhance overall performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage inside-sales, product delivery, and admin teams.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor day-to-day operations, including order processing, inventory management, and product delivery.
- Monitor incoming shipments and processing of local and import orders.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, including quarterly stock assessments with hospitals and weekly internal stock checks.
- Collaborate with internal teams, distributors, doctors, and hospitals to ensure seamless product transit and timely deliveries.
- Assist the sales team by understanding their challenges and providing support to enhance their performance.
- Resolve technical and non-technical issues related to inventory management, ordering, and delivery.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing based on agreed specifications and customer preferences.
- Enforce adherence to established organizational policies and procedures.
- Review and optimize operational expenditures on a periodic basis.

- Supervise administrative functions, including hotel and travel bookings, office purchases, and coordination.
- Manage relationships with external service providers for travel, courier management, and other operational support needs.
- Be available to work longer or irregular hours in emergency situations.
Skills and Experience:
- 5-7 years of proven experience in team management.
- Previous experience in the Healthcare industry is preferred (but not essential).
- Familiarity with working alongside distributors and agents is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- Proficiency in inventory management principles.
- Well-versed in administrative functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of basic ERP systems, preferably Tall
